Website Development:
Additional Functionalities:
- Any additional plugins required for enhanced functionality will be chargeable to the client. Costs for such plugins, including Shopify subscriptions, are payable directly to Shopify.
Billing & Payment Terms:
- Clients will be billed upon acceptance of the project quote.
- An advance payment of 50% of the invoice amount is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due before final delivery of the website.
- All payments must be made in full before the final delivery of services and goods.
Client Responsibilities:
- Clients are responsible for purchasing a Shopify account and providing Logo & Co with the necessary credentials before work commences.
- Product details, including names, descriptions, and images, must be provided in an Excel file format.
- 3rd-party shipping services are not included in this service. The client must arrange shipping separately, while Logo & Co will handle the integration of shipping functionalities.
Maintenance & Updates:
- Major website maintenance services will be billed separately under an annual maintenance contract.
- Any additional edits requested after final client approval of the website will incur extra charges.
Ownership & Finalization:
- Once the website is delivered and approved, ownership and control of the website are transferred to the client.
