Social Media Management:
Design & Scheduling:
- All posts will be designed one week in advance for the following week. Clients must notify the team of any special offers, promotions, or other inquiries at least one (1) week in advance.
- A weekly preview of designs will be provided every Friday, and client approval is required by the following Monday.
- Once the weekly preview is approved, no further edits will be accommodated. If no response is received by Monday, the preview will be considered approved.
- Logo & Co is not liable for any social media layout adjustments post-client approval. Any further revisions will incur extra charges.
Edits & Revisions:
- Only one (1) round of edits will be provided for the weekly preview designs.
- Last-minute requests or changes to social media designs will not be accepted.
Ownership:
- The client only retains full ownership of the final product created for their social media platforms, and not the open source or raw files.
Advertising Budget:
- The advertising budget is not included in the service fee. Ad plans can be discussed and customized based on the client’s budget.
Brand Assets:
- All necessary brand assets must be provided by the client before the project begins.
Service Termination:
- Clients must notify Logo & Co one (1) month in advance if they wish to discontinue the service.
- If the client does not notify Logo & Co at least one (1) week prior to discontinuation, payment will still be required for any designs already created.
Content:
- Logo & Co retains original files for a maximum of three (3) months. After this period, files will no longer be stored.
