Terms & Condition – Branding

Branding:

  • Options & Revisions: Logo & Co will provide up to three (3) initial branding options and allow up to four (4) revisions. Any additional options or revisions will incur extra charges.
  • Client Input: Clients must share references, such as logo direction and preferred color palettes before the project begins. If no references are provided, Logo & Co will still adhere to the maximum of three (3) options and four (4) revisions. For specific branding elements, Logo & Co will present up to two (2) initial options only.
  • Business Elements Design: The designs will be created once, with no further edits after the first approval. Any amendments requested after the initial approval will incur additional charges.
  • Payment & Refunds: All payments are non-refundable, and full payment is required upfront before project commencement. Invoices must be paid in full within three (3) days of issuance.
  • Timeline: The project will be completed within ten to twelve (10–12) working days from the receipt of payment and necessary inputs.
  • File Retention: Logo & Co retains original files for a maximum of three (3) months. After this period, files will no longer be stored.
  • Post-Approval Changes: Any modifications requested after the client’s final approval of all designs will incur additional charges.
